Document scanner is a portable and multi-functional office equipment. It can help you easily scan paper document, colorful photo and even 3D object, also you can edit the captured picture through bunlded software
It is not only a high-defenition digital camera with built-in microphone and lights, but also a combo of scanner, fax, copier and document file manager.
What is more, Its vertical design is available to present 3D object instantly to large screen when used together with projector and interactive whiteboard. It can be widely used in teaching, training, meeting, helps us to have a more vivid presentation
1) Scanning function
Document Scanner can easily capture paper documents, books or magazines and save the images in JPG/BMP/TIFF/PDF file format. Also you can do auto scan by setting interval time for multi-pages.
The scanning speed is very fast , only takes 1 second! It also brings you high-quality images as traditional scanners!
2) Image Editing function
The file management software has image editing tools such as zoom in , zoom out, rotate, crop, mark, adjust the brightness,change the image size, mirror, etc.
You can edit the captured image easily, unnecessary to install and use another image processing software like photoshop or ACDsee, save your disk space and save your time.
3) OCR function
OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is a powerful technology. It is adopted in the document scanner software to convert the image document to word format file that is editable. And the dragging function can help you to correct the nonmatched contents.
It really simplifies our work when we have a lot of documents need to do word processing task. In addtion, it support differenet language characters such as English , Japanese, Chinese,etc.
4)E-mail function
Network connection is also adopted in the software. The captured images are saved in computer in a default folder that the software created and named as “document Image” or “Document scanner Image”. You can choose the image and rename it , then directly e-mail it as an attachment to the defined mailbox.
5) Paperless fax function
Same as E-mail function, the images can be faxed directly via Network fax available with your computer.
6) Directly print function
No need to capture and save the iamge of the document if you want to print it . Just put the document under the camera and enter”print” directly.
7) Dynamic presentation funciton
The document scanner can be used as visual presenter. With built-in audio and vedio device, it can display 3D object or activties instantly to large screen when working with projector, which is widely used in meeting, training , meeting. It can bring us a more vivid and attractive occasions.
