Auto Carton Packaging Machine (SF-01ZX)
The automatic carton packaging machine clamp the bottle by holder(with rubber to avoid damaging the bottle), and then put the bottles into open carton. When the bottle holder lifts, the carton with bottle will be sent to carton sealing machine. The machines controlled by PLC and Touch Screen. The machine will alarm and stop when it is lack of bottles. This packing line is very easy to operate, manage, and reduce the labors and work intensity, it is necessary for automatic production line.

Carton folding and gluing machine
Automatic carton folding and gluing machine consists of three sections: Vacuum feeding section, gluing and folding section, counter and stacker section.
All motors except frequency conversion motor adopt Taiwan Chengbond motor, Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed. PLC and Touch screen control system for easy operation and running stable. The maximum speed is 130meters/min, average speed is 100 meters/min. Energy conservation and high speed, saving labor cost.

Feeding Section
Vacuum suction feeding to feed wraping paperboard easily
Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controlled independently, operation easily.
Stainless steel glue wheel adopted, long life and saving glue cost.
Second creasing struction can impress again the paperboard which was not creased well
Gluing and Folding Section
Simpless structure and high reliability, glue quantity adjustable, cleaning easily
Creaser wheel adjustable, suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard
Imported quality rubber belt adopted, automatic folding
With paperboard rectify device and creasing rectify device

Stacking and counting are simple and reliable

Automatic folding(1~4 folding) and conveying of manual leaflet, automatic matenal categorizing and feeding; automatic paper carton apreading; automatic manual leaflet and material carton packaging, synchronous(3-row) batch number printing, automatic paper carton sealing, automatic waster eliminating.
Performance and characteristics:
1. Continuous mechanical feeding materials and carton packing, and working of each functional part is in harmony, stable and reliable.
2. When materials do not reach correct position, the pusher has an alarm and halt facility for that, in order to ensure good quality of carton packaging and safety in operation effectively.
3. Constantly moving carton-opening and pulling carton-opening mechanism are more stable and reliable.
4. Servo material departing and feeding mechanism is stable and reliable.
5. Halt facility for air pressure and vacuum protection ,when caster opened, the halt facility will be checked automatically for operating safety of the machine.
