Wall-mounted sliding doors / Sliding wooden door lock slide along an overhead runner that is installed without encroaching on the wall. The installations have two alternative runners, in hidden or visible versions. Doors that are one module larger than the width of the door opening are used for wall-mounted sliding doors. A space equally as wide as the door is necessary at the side of the opening.

Wrap each sliding door / Sliding wooden door lock with EPE foam, which per 25 pcs are put on a pallet with corner protection on 8 corners;
Use MDF or plywood to cover the doors on each side and protectors on the edges;
Use packing strips to fix the packing;
Fix the pallets and put into container;

A: We are wooden door factory and have our own trading company registered in Hong Kong.
Q: How big is your factory?
A: Our new plant was built at the end of 2011 with workshop space of 20,000m2 in which utilizes advanced automatic interior door production lines.
Q: What's your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 pieces of wooden doors per month.
Q: What's your delivery date?
A: It depends on the purchase quantity. Normally, 30-35 days, for 1 40' GP after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1*20ft container.
Q: Can we mix the cargo loading in one 20ft container?
A: Of course, if the total quantity meets our minimum order quantity.
Q: What's the term of payment?
A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit, the balance 70% T/T paid before shipping.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We believe the quality is controlled through the whole process of order. Begin with detailed drawing and quality standard agreed by both party. Our full process inspection is composed of raw material inspection, mid-term inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection. We strongly invite you visit to our factory before the shipment to reach a final inspection.
Q: Which kind of test reports do you have?
A: Our products successfully pass FSC, PEFC.
Q: What countries give you the most business?
A: Our main target market is US, Canada, Mid-East and India. We also exported to UK, Ireland, Belgium, Mid-East, India as well as other countries throughout the world.
Q: Can we use our shipping agent?
A: Yes. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the prices and service.
