1. What is your warranty? And if I got wrong ones, how will you do with it?
A: If having wrong ones which cannot work, pls show us pictures, and we will replace the relative spare parts or a new one accordingly. If you wanna to refund, it also can be discussed.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 1PCS, but the quantity for OEM packages should be 500PCS or more.
3. Which payment terms you can accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, etc.
4. What are the shipping ways you can offer?
A: We can delievry the goods by air/sea/express according to customers' requirements. We can send goods by Shenzhen/ Guangzhou/ Shanghai/ Ningbo/ HK port, usually from Shenzhen/Guangzhou Port is more convenient.
5. How about your delivery time?
A: As we are manufacture, our delivery time can be 2 weeks or less.
6. Do you provide samples of this product?
A: Yes, we can provide sample for free. But the shipping fee will be charged.
