Kingpin is a main part that bears force in semi-trailer. The function is to link semi-trailer and truck by kingpin seat, then the trailer run by the draft vehicle.
How to choose Kingpin:
You should consider two aspects when choose. 1. Draft force(F); 2.Skid plate thickness.
The Kingpin intensity value must be more than count draft value.
According to your setting plate thickness and then confirm the skid plate thickness according to plate thickness.
Allow abrasion mete:
2" Kingpin dia.50.8>=49mm / dia.73>=71mm;
3.5" Kingpin dia.88.9>=86mm / dia.114>=112mm;
After fray value less than the value, you should change kingpin in time.
