Product Structure
Product feature
1.HJ bogie with high precision, which can ensure diagonal tolerance of axles less than or equal to 5mm
2. Adopt stamping process on the trunnion housing to ensure the distance of housing at 0.5mm. (as shown below)
3.Upper and lower spring seat use qualified forging material(as shown below).Interior metal is more compactlong service life and high yield strength.(Comparative statement for mechanical properties: forging and costing)
4.HJ bogie come with WanXiang band QC bearing and high grade H62 pure brass bush and Mobil grease; Can work steadily and efficiently even in the extreme cases.
Technology introduction
1.Equalizing beam welding:
There are special requirement to machine a groove on the oil seal seat and use specialized tools to press the oil seal seat in order to ensure the distance tolerance less than or equal to 1mm.( as shown on the drawing )
2. Upper and lower spring seat welding process
Welding the plate first and then mill to ensure parallelism tolerance less than or equal to 0.1mm;use specialized tool to ensure the distance tolerance of seats s within 0.5mm.
3.Lesf spring technology process
On the process of positioning four pins, the key is to ensure the position of center hole of leaf spring and pin hole. We use drilling jig for leaf spring based on the center hole of leaf spring, and that three holes are machined at the same time to ensure the three holes on the same line; reduce the distance tolerance of pin hole between center hole to ensure the axle and leaf spring is vertical.
4.Assembly technology
We adopt our special technology: expect for using small u bolt to fix the leaf spring and axle, also fixed by the four pins on the leaf spring pad and upper plate(shown as below )
se specialized tool to ensure two axles parallel when assembly,ensure two axles parallel by the pin positioning even the fully loaded vehicle on strong impact. Ensure vehicle work under bearing stress evenly and reduce the wear for the tyre .
Most domestic company use small u bolt to fix only but not using the positioning on the four pins .It will be overproof between the axle and leaf spring when vehicle in operation without four pin positioning. The two axles will not be parallel thus will cause uneven on the car, which will make the tyre wear.
