We make it a prior task to keep on investing to our equipments , besides , we also invent machine , sometimes the existing machine on the market is not efficient enough for our use , we will work with the manufacture to update it , and recreate it exactly what we need it to be , some of our newly invented machine improve the productivity of 70% .  

Quality Control

The whole production process is accompanied by sampling test and final test . Sampling test happens to every production procedure. Our QC engineer randomly picks the raw materials, half-finished products, and final products from the workshop every day, and do further test and inspection in our test lab to make sure every step is correctly done. Every single parts that produced in changshuo Rubber is 100% visual inspected by our worker . From trimming , de-flashing to final packing , we make sure every single step is done to very fine detial by our well cross-trained and experienced workers and technicians .
