Battery Installation Procedure

1. New Battery Acid Sp Cr is 1.250 and the battery

voltage more than 12.30 V.

2.Measure the Sp Gr with a hydrometer , and check the voltage with

a battery tester or voltmeter .

3. If the acid level falls below the Upper / high / max Level , top up

with pure or deionized water(Never Use Acid )

4. Boost charge must be done once acid Sp Gr is lower than 1.200 .

The full charge specification for battery sulphuric acid Sp Gr Is 1.250 .

5.Ensure Load Test Result not less than 10.21 V.
