A: Yes,we provide Customized OEM/ODM Service.we manufacture products as customer's design.
2)Q:How can you guarantee my prepayment is safety?
A:If the product is not qualified, we will return the advance payment to you.You can also choose letter of credit, Alibaba Trade Assurance,To ensure the advance payment 100% security
3)Q:What shall we do if we have no drawings?
A:1,Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions.
2,Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
4)Q:How to guarantee the quality of your products?
A: If you do not rest assured the quality of our products, you can come inspection before shipment , or entrust the third party inspection company to come to our factory for inspection (for example, SGS, TUV, BV...), after passing the test we arrange the shipment of the goods.
5)Q:What can you do if i do not satified with your finished products?
A: You can choose productive again by us or refund the payment.
6)Q:What should you do if we receive defective product?
A:If you find any defective accessories in the first order, we will give you the new parts for free to replace in the next order.
7)Q:Can we get some samples before mass production?
A:Yes,we will send some sample to you for test before mass production.
