A: What is your Payment Term?
Genarelly, we do accept T/T, 30% of payment as deposit, pls pay the balance 70% against the copy of B/L.
B: How can you assure the product quality?
Before producing, we will make sure with our customer abt specifications and packing of the product,
also our QC Team will check the quality during every section of producing to assure the quality; of course, some customers will want sample first to check the quality, and pay for the sample fee till place the order, we will give it back to customer.
C: Do you accept OEM design?
Yes, OEM design is accepted.
But as for some product, such as some spare parts of some bed frame, if we could not find in market, we will provide similar to your design for your reference.
D: What is your MOQ?
Usually, 100 pcs for each item.
E: Do you accept the thrid party for quality checking?
Yes, we do accept if customer want; if not, we also have our QC Team for quality checking.
F: Can you ship to our country?
Pls advise which country you live and which port you want to ship first, we will make sure with our freighter.
G: Can you carried the goods to my address?
Pls advise your address first, we will make sure with our freighter then, usually, we provide Door-to-door servise, that means we can deliver the goods to your address.
