Our automatic electroplating production line was intrioducing in 2005, is the only one in China. We could plate 120,000 pcs products one day.
Our products plate 4 layers nickel + 1 layer chrome, but other factory only plate 2 layers nickel + 1 layer chrome. Nickel is very expensive, the function of nickel is anti-rust and the function of chrome is decorative, many factory reduce the layer of nickel to save cost.
Thickness of nickel decide the anti-rust performance, and our thickness of nickel≥28μm, thickness of chrome≥3μm.

Q2.What's your MOQ?
The MOQ of the wheel nuts and bolts are 5000 pcs for per model per thread. The MOQ of wheel locks are 1000 sets for per model per thread. (one set=4 nuts/bolts+1 or 2 keys)
Q3. How about sample?
If you need to test our quantity, the sample will be provided. Our sample is free, you only need to pay the freight.
Q4. How long about the delivery?
No matter how large quantity do you need, we can promise you the delivery time is 60 days after we receive your confirmation order.
Q5. What's your terms of payment?
30% T/T prepayment, 70% blance before shipment.
Q6. How long about warranty?
1 year.
