A: How could I make payment ?
Q: Online Escrow payment is welcome, and paypal, TT, western union payment is also acceptable.
A: What is the normal material for the coin and badges?
Q: Normally it can be Iron, brass, copper, zinc alloy, solid silver, solid gold.... the material is selected based on the effect the customers prefer to reach.
A: How Can I know the final effect?
Q: 1) Craft effect: we have many designs in stock, we can show you the photos of same craft products to show you.
2) We can draw art-work to show you how is pattern on the custom metal keychain.
A: Can I get a sample before making a big order?
Q: Yes,after you pay mold fee we can make samples for you . And will begine the mass production after confirming the sample.
A: When is the shipping time ?
Q: In normal, goods will shipped out in our working day once confirming the payment, but for large quantities or hot sale item, it will need time to arrange the production (10 days or so production time),according to the quanties.
