1. What is the sales sample Lead time?
7 days for available solid color
14 days for specified solid color
21 days for print and jacquard
2. What is the sales sample charge?
USD100 for Solid color, 2pcs per color
USD300.0 for print, 2pcs per colorway
USD500.0 for jacquard, 2pcs per colorway
3. Is the sample charge refundable?
Yes, R&S will return the money to buyer by minus it in the bulk order amount.
4. What is the bulk order lead time?
60 days for Initial order, on the base of sales sample confirmed
45 days for repeat order, all details keep the same
5. Is it possible to know the stage of lead time breakdown?
Here’s the idea of time breakdown:
1st-15th day making grey fabric or yarn
16th-30th day Dyeing or print or weaving
31st—50th day cutting,sewing,finishing
51th—55th day Packing, final inspection
56th—58th day booking shipment, loading to port, declaring customs
60th day ETD
6. Is small order acceptable?
Yes, we can accept trial order in small quantity, meanwhile plz understand we have to charge double price if quantity is under MoQ
