Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We have two factories under one group with two shareholders, one is metal factory specialized in precision machining, stamping and sintering for more than 15 years, the other factory handles earphones & headphones & related electronic parts, we manufacture our own parts and also do trading if needed.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more the quantity is, the cheaper the price is. Besides, we are happy to make prototype/sample for clients to ensure quality standard.
Q: Do you make customized products?
A: Yes, we are OEM and ODM manufacturer.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Sure, we will not release your design to any third parties without your permission, we can sign the NDA if needed.
Q: How to deal with the complains if it happens?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are inspected with measuring report as well as other related documents before delivery, generally speaking,there will no non-conformance; in case of complains, please contact us with 30 days after receiving the goods, we will find the root causes and corrective & preventive actions, of course,we take full responsibility for the claims.
