FAQ
Q: Are a factory or a trading company?
A: We have two factories under one group with two shareholders, one is metal factory specialized in powder metal sintered and precision machining for more than 15 years, the other factory handles earphones & headphones & related electronic parts, we manufacture our own parts and also do trading if needed.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For powder metal sintered parts, because there is tooling charge, the MOQ is 1000pcs per order
Q: Do you make customized products?
A: Yes, we are OEM and ODM manufacturer.
Q: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?
A: Sure, we will not release your design to any third parties without your permission, we can sign the NDA if needed.
Q: How to deal with the complains if it happens?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are inspected with measuring report as well as other related documents before delivery, generally speaking,there will no non-conformance; in case of complains, please contact us with 30 days after receiving the goods, we will find the root causes and corrective & preventive actions, of course,we take full responsibility for the claims.
