for Crack Testing in Automatic / Manual Solar Panel Production
KEYLAND KEL series solar module tester uses electroluminescence (EL) measurements to identify microcracks and other invisible defects in modules. The testers utilize cooled near-infrared CCD camera technology to image each solar cell in pv module.
Testing scope : 1200x2000mm
Test Power: 0~20A 0~100V
Camera:uses near-infrared 600W pixel optics camera(option)

Keyland solar El defects Tester can be applied before and after lamination process ,
Defect Tester is an important and effective process monitoring and testing equipment.
Main technical characteristics:
- 1. High-sensitivity, high-resolution near - infrared camera
- 2. High signal-to-noise ratio cooled CCD sensor
- 3. Exposure time 1s to 60s (adjustable settings) to facilitate different testing needs
- 4. High transmittance lens apparatus
- 5. Short circuit protection, high-performance and stable constant current / voltage source
- 6. Unique probe design mode allows successful power modulelocations in the greater error
Option
1. Seamless joint with the assembly line, the detection process is fully automatic
2. Automatically identify defects by software
