I,Principal of CO2 laser marker:
RF CO2 laser marking machine with USA imported core optical components, just like CO2 RF laser, high-speed scanning galvanometer. So this kind of laser marking machine is steady and high speed working a long time a day.
RF CO2 laser is a gas laser unit; it is laser wavelength is 10.64μm, belonging to the infrared frequency brand, with big power and high Electro-optical conversion rate.
RF CO2 laser is use co2 gas as a material, and the put it in a discharge tube with other assist gas. When the voltage of electrode is growing higher and higher, the discharge tube creates the light, then laser was aroused by Mix-gas molecules. Laser is deflected by scanning galvanometer and then processing product with the pattern you want!
Software of laser marking machine is working on windows system, English interface!
AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, PHOTOSHOP are compatible, file formats is PLT, PCW, DXF, BMP would be ok! But also can directly use SHX, TTF font. You can design anything you want by computer, simple operation; power is controlled by software, continuously adjustable.
