1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A.Customers who can ask for a sample to check first before the production, but who need to pay the deposit first.
B. If customers who want to check our stock samples or a blank samples, we can free to them, but customers who need to pay the shipping cost.
2. Can yo do design for us?
Of course, just tell us the details about your idea or design, then we will arrange our designer to finish it.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After confirm the payment and details of your design, samples can be finished in 3~7 days; then shipped by express about 3-5 days, so total will be 10-14 days.
4. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
Usually, AI, , EPS, TIF, CDR and high resolution JPG.
5. Terms of payment?
A. TT/Bank transfer---30% deposit advanced, 70% balance before ship out.
B. Full payment for sample orders by TT/Western Union/PayPal.
6. Do you check the finished products before ship out?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before ship out.
