1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Customers who can ask for a sample to check first before the production, but they need to pay the deposit first.
If customers who want to check our stock samples or blank samples, we can free to them. But customers who need to pa-y the freight.
2.How can we get a quote?
Pls offer the specification of the product.
Such as material/size/shape/color/quantity/surface finishing, etc.
3. Can you do design for us?
Of course. Just tell us the details about your idea or design and then we will arrange our designer to finish it. We will tak-e some design fee.
4. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
Usually AI, PDF or JPG.
5. Terms of payment?
TT/Bank transfer---30% deposit advanced, 70% balance before ship out.
Full payment for sample orders by TT/Western Union/PayPal.
6. Delivery date?
Generally, the goods can be delivered in 3~5 days. If the technology is complex, it will be delivered in 7~20 days.
7. Do you check the finished products before ship out?
Yes, each step of production and finished products will be came out inspection by QC department before ship out.
