steel fence Installing
1. Use a template clamped to the post to drill out the holes for inserts.
2. Screw in the inserts (Left and right hand inserts must be fitted at opposite ends).
3. Screw swaged wires into the inserts to the desired tension.
How many wires you need for steel fence?
Using 3.2mm 1 x 19 wire with hydraulically swaged fittings
• Distance between any posts no greater than 1200mm
• 80mm spacing between wires or
Using 3.2mm 7x7 or 7x19 wire with hand swaged fittings
• Distance between posts no greater than 1200mm
• 60mm spacing between wires
Stainless steel Material Tips:
- ss304: SS304 will be available for using indoor, far away from rivers, lakes and oceans or somewhere doesn't rain too much outdoor all the year round. or it will be easy to be rusty if it closes to the rivers, oceans or the climate is railing too much outside.
- ss316: SS316 can be used outdoor completely, even close to the oceans and will not be rusty at all.
- ss316L: better than ss316
