Q1.How long will i get the sample we need?
As usual ,we need 3-4 workdays to make the sample with our sample making machine. So ,you can get it about 5-6 days after you pay for it.
Q2.Are you a manufacturer or a trading company ?
We are a professional manufacturer with nearly 17 years history.
Q3.How can I know that your products are qualified ?
We have got the certification of ISO 9001/ROHS/CE
Samples can be offered as your demand , when you satisfied with our samples ,we will do large production as sample’s standard .
Q4.Do you charge for samples ?
Free for existing products .
Charge for customized products , and the sample cost can be refunded when it reach one percent of whole order amount
Q5.I want to get a sample ,what need i do?
Give us the exact data of the product, include size, weight ,color etc. you need give us them in PDF or AI files , if u can not provide them ,we can do them for you. But it will have a charge.
we can provide free samples without printing, but u need to pay the cost if u want the design u give with printing processing, then the cost shipping.
Q6.How long can you finish our products ?
Generally range from 10 to 15 days below 300,000 pieces .
For larger quantity , refined calculating need to be done , then arrange production and guarantee you can get your products on time .
Q7.What about the payment?
As usual , we need pay 100% if the order u take is small. if the order is large ,the exact pay way we can have a negotiation .Normally it’s 30%T/T depost and 70%T/T before shipping
Q8.How can I make an urgent order ?
Contact us as soon as possible , you'd better call us at first time . We will make a plan according to your need to ensure you can get your products in time .
