1) Own operated Led Packaging factory:since 2009,CrescentLED,4000m² and 300 workers;

3) Aluminum CNC factory:since 2014.4 ,2000 m² and 100 workers;
4) Led High Bay light factory:since 2011,2000 m² and 200 workers.

Q1: What’s the warranty for the lamps ?
A1: For all the lamps, we provide a 3 year warranty trade term ( 5 year warranty is also available with customized request.). Besides, 180 days free replacement is insured if any quality problems occurred on our sides, while both sides bear the shipping cost to some extent.
Q2: Where should our led downlight be exactly used ?
A2: LED downlight is widely used in commercial lighting areas, such as supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, exhibition halls, museums, galleries, whorkshops, etc.
Q3: What is color temperature ?
A3: Crescent LED offers light in warm, natural and cool white with color temperature measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the temperature is, the warmer the people feel about the light.
Warm White=3000-3100K
Natural White=4000-4200K
Cool White=6000-6500K
Q4: What is CRI ?
A4: CRI is short for color rendering index, which indicates the original color of the reflecting objects. Higher CRI will provide us a more realistic sighting experience. For high bay lights, the CRI is normally around 75-80Ra. CRI more than 80Ra often leads to higher cost, but customers have to learn the truth from the false.
Q5: Will your lights work on a dimmer ?
A5: All our lights can be made dimmable, but please consult our sales about the details regarding it.
