Packing & Shipment
Generally, We supply the neutral English packing, if you need the gift box, we have two stype for you, one with our "VE"brand, another is the same as the above gift box just remove the "VE" Logo, it is neutral english gift box, shipment sent by UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express ,depending on your request.
1. QTY<10 PCS: Sample avaiable within 3 working days,100% inspection before shipment.
2. 1K<QTY>10 PCS: Wholesales Orders : 7-15 working days according various quantities.
3. QTY>1K PCS: OEM up to 20 working day after receiving your sample confirmation and payment.
What service for you?
1.We supply 1 year warranty. 100% test every piece sample before shipment.
2.Please send back the defective goods( Inhuman damage ) which are within the warranty period freight by you side, we will repair it or send you new one for free.
3. Please contact us to get an RMA( Return Material Authorization ) number before you ship your item(s) back to us. Pls advise us the express tracking number after you ship the defectives, we will arrange a commissioner follow it for you.Making sure to handle it to you ASAP.
4. We will repair it or resend a new one to you with in 7 working day.
