Introduction
Gas Liquid Filter Screen, is a special formed knitted wire mesh, which is the main component of wire mesh demister and other separation engineering. It serves well in filtering and deleting the particle mixture in foam, liquid and air, by way of distillating, absorbing, evaporating and filtering process.
The standard prescribes the three types of gas liquid filter mesh, namely, standard type, high efficiency type and great penetration type.
Materials
stainless steel 304,304L,316,316L,317,310S,321,304M, brass, copper, monel, nickel, tiatnium, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Cr20Ni80, Cr20Ni50, galvanized, low carbon iron.
Specification
Wire diameter: 0.1-0.55mm flat wire or round wire. Most common: 0.20mm-0.25mm.
Hole Sizes: 4mm×3mm 5mm×6mm 2mmx4mm, 4mmx5mm etc.
Hole shape: irregular
Width: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500 mm, 600mm, etc.
Length: 30-200m, customized size is available.
Thickness: 0.12mm-2.5mm, customized size is available
Surface: flat-type and corrugated type
