WORKING PROCESS:
According to the recipe, put all raw materials in the bucket of slurry mixer to be stirred till get uniformity slurry mixture. Then feed the slurry in sheet to the preheated baking drum, after baking one circle, peel the soft sheet from the drum by scrape knife. Then the sheet is fed to winding shaft, through winding and feeding, cut down to required stick size, hollow wafer stick be gotten. To Continuous feed to cooling conveyor through chutes.
ADVANTAGE:
- Two dough band and two lines of stick, gain high capacity.
- The oven can be baked by gas/electricity/diesel, the heating system adopts automatic ignition technique,
- Auto alarm system. After alarm the gas supply will be turned off.
- Auto temperature control system. Effectual heat preservation can fully use energy.
- A transducer is used to regulate the speed of main motor
- The thickness of sheet is adjustable
- The length of stick is also changeable.
- The diameter of stick is changeable, just to change the winding shaft.
- The wafer stick can be partly or fully filled.
- Impeller mixer for slurry can shorten the mixing time and get good quality.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION:
Electric Oven: Power consumption 45KW/hr
Diesel oven: diesel oil comsumption: 4kg /hr . Power consumption :3kw/hr
LPG Gas oven : Gas consumption: 3.5kg/hr power consumption:3kw/hr
