rinsing, filling, capping three in one machine
YF18-18-6 type PET bottle rinsing/filling/capping three in one machine was studied and developed by our company combined international advanced normal pressure filling technique and our own technique, it is suitable for filling pure water and mineral water. The machine was adopted conveying way of clamping bottle neck, only need to change a little spare parts so that it is suitable for various bottle shape, stable conveying, normal pressure filling.
1. frame of the machine made of structural steel, stainless steel 304 surface, stainless steel 304 frame mount, supported feet can be adjusted.
2.conveying system adopts star wheel, stable conveying, stainless steel conveying chain, less bottles out of shape.
3.head of washing bottle clamp is 18pcs, stainless steel 304 underpan rinsing piping, rinsing water filtration system.
4.head of filing valve is 18pcs, all the parts touched with water are made of stainless steel 304. Internal surface are polishing treated. Stainless steel return pipes, no dead angle.
5.head of capping is 6pcs, capping head adopted magnetism torquer, convenient adjustment of torquer, can setup the size of torquer according to actual production requirement.
Dynamical system
1.main motor and reducer casing, with frequency conversion speed regulation, every motion part is gear drive, operation stable, every bottle conveying star wheel is engineering plastics component, with safety protection facility.
2.PLC, frequency converter, relay, optoelectronic switch, inductive switch relay element, touch screen operation panel, imported pneumatic components.
