36kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker with embedded poles
VYGQ series full encapsulation solid insulated vacuum circuit breakers, adopt the first full encapsulation structure and the latest solid insulating technology in the world, are in real sense solid insulated vacuum circuit breakers with high performance.
Internal structure of embedded pole is isolated from outside environment, not subject to ambient factors, such as dust, pollution, moisture or condensation, etc. The embedded pole is maintenance free. VYGQ series has high environmental adaptability and can run in adverse conditions.
With high performance, VYGQ series meet Class C2-E2-M2 requirements of Chinese National Standard GB1984-2003 and International Standard IEC62271-100, and other relevant standards.
VYGQ series passed a complete set of type test and other tests:
- A complete set of type test
- 5000m altitude test
- Capacitor bank switching test
- Grid performance test
VYGQ series has a full range of ratings and dimensions to meet different demand in industry.
The embedded pole of VYGQ series are made by special VULCANIZE process to create a cushion between the vacuum interrupter and the epoxy resin, ensuring a high reliability of the embedded poles.
VYGQ series adopts advanced solid insulating technology for outer insulation of its vacuum interrupter, making it environmentally friendly.
