Introduction
Steel E nut is usd for furniture for providing fixing pupose , the inside of the E nut has two different shapes for locking , the upper height is a hex shape and the lower is threaded hole , both holes are in the same line ; the outside of the E nuts have some helical but wide diameter threads which can sunken into the wooden material for more rentention .

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment
The most metal products need post treatment after finished proudct, all products will be tested after than to make sure the quality of products are meet the related requirement .
(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;
All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .
(5) Packing
Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .
(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )
