Palm oil extraction machine
Our production complete mini palm oil processing machine screw press line adapts to palm fruit. The Small palm fruit oil press Palm Press structure is reasonable. It is easy to operate and maintain. It can be fitted with motor or diesel engine. Every day it can process palm fruit 3-5T.
It is the first selection for palm Oil producing customers.
The Palm oil press can press the Palm fruit, and get the primary oil mixed with palm cores, water and marcs. After separation by other machine, the primary oil, palm core can separate. The final oil is edible red oil.
The raw material of red oil is getting from unbroken palm fruit (Weight is 10-20kg).
After thermophilicdigestion, palm berry fruits are separated from the unbroken fruit.
After heating, put the palm berry fruit into palm dedicated oil press, the kernel, fibre,
and the red oil mixture including water, slag can be produced.
After separating, you can get pure red palm oil. The kernel can be pressed into oil by screw oil press after breaking.
You can refinery or directly for edible.

The fruit string should do the high temperature cooking, Threshing the fruit for the string,
heating and pressed by our palm oil press can get red oil with water and stag,
with separting and filting get red palm oil
