Operating principle:
The machine consists of loading hopper ,grading wheel,pulverizing knife,gear ring ,pulverizing motor ,discharging port,fan blade,aggregating box,dust collection box,ect..the material goes into crushing chamber through the loading hopper,and then gets crushed by high-speed rotary blades.The grading wheel and the grading plate can be adjusted to produce specific particle size.Dust from aggregating box will be collected by dust collection box.The machine is desihned according to GMPstandard and made of stainless steel.There is no dust in the air during the crushing process.Other advantages are simple structure ,convenient cleaning,low noise and high productivity.
