Material
Non woven is also called the nonwoven fabric which is the most common material.
It is composed of directional or random fiber, is a new generation of environmental protection material, has moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, qualitative light, difficult combustion, decomposition, non-toxic, non-irritating, rich colors, low price, recycle and so on.
Printing
Silk printing: Silk printing is printed by hand. It is main printing for the non woven bags. With cheap price, clear and big printing area, it is widely accepted by many customers. It is charged by color count. And it only can print spot color, so the complex logo only can find in other ways .
Laminated film printing: Laminated film printing is to print the logo on the opp film and then complex with the non woven/woven material. It can print all artwork, no matter simple or complex. It is printed by the machine and needs to make the plate. The plate fee usually is USD484/set. So the MOQ for such printing is 5000pcs. Price will be higher if small quantity .
Heat transfer printing: Pyrography is the the most common use of heat transfer. It usually prints for non woven, canvas, and oxford material. The complex logo can be printed by it. But it is charged by the printing area and the fee is higher, so it is selected for the small colorful logo. Big area and full printing use laminated film printing .
Machine printing: Machine printing is similar with silk printing. But it is worked by the machine. Thus, it is cheaper and faster, but the print ink in thin, so the printing effect is not good.
MOQ
Non woven bags: 3000pcs, small quantity also accepted, but no fewer than1000 pcs.
Laminated pp woven bags:5000pcs, price will much higher if low quantity.
Canvas/oxford/cotton bags: 1000pcs.
More quantities, better price.
Sample Policy
Sample charge: will according to your design.
Sample leading time:3-5 days
Sample charge will be refunded or not according to the clients' order quantity.
Order
1) We can make sample according to your design drawing.
2) We can make design according to your sample, then remake sample.
3) Make mass production after your confirm the sample.
Packing
Common packing is to put the bags in cartons and sealed in the strap. If you have other requirements, like put one piece in one opp bag, pls let us know, it needs to charge in separate.
Payment terms
Usually 30% deposit paid before production, 70% before delivery.
The other specific issues can be negotiated.
Please confirm the details with us before make the prepayment.
Delivery
If reach our MOQ, we can delivery the goods in Guangzhou city for free. If reach the MOQ or need to delivery to other place, it needs to charge the drop-off charge.
