Range of usage: Rapid easy card making. No lamination. Only printing, plastic filmed and card punching. Especially suitable for the small batch PVC cards manufacture.

 

 

 

Use method:1, Print the picture text and mirror image onto one transparent sheet (0.15x200x300mm, called "printing sheet"), and then dry after 5-10 minutes.  

 

 2, Tear off the protection films of the white rigid sheet (0.46x200x300mm called "middle sheet"). Separately attach the printing sides onto the white rigid sheet and plastic-film the 3-layer sheets (120°C ~160°C).

 

 3, Cut and punch into the card. Peal off the protection film on the card surface. 

Spec. and Package: 3pcs a set (0.15mm-thick transparent printing sheet + 0.46mm-thick white middle sheet + 0.15mm-thick transparent printing sheet).
