Directly, via text or an automated phone call to all phone numbers added to the user’s account.
12Q：Will your products transmit signals to my central station?
Yes. DZX alarm communicators capture the signal from the panel and transmit to our mesh alarm network where they are then transmitted to the dealers central monitoring station via IP or phone line.
13Q：Do I need a phone line when using your product?
No, our communicators and smart devices utilize the Internet and Cellular networks to relay alarm signals and device controls. Our flagship products (BAT CDMA and BAT CDMA WIFI) offer alarm communications over Internet with a fail-over to Cellular providing redundancy to enable the best in alarm reliability for your customers. Our Internet-based communicators utilize either an Ethernet connection or Wi-Fi and the Cellular Communicators connect directly to Verizon’s CDMA Cellular network.
14Q：How to make a good installation?
The tips are: Make sure to use a good power supply around 1.5A with 13V-30VDC. The protected area must be clean from metal and moving object the pool holding the unit must be well mounted to the ground with grounded connection to the ground and the (-) of the CSB200 in both sides. Make sure to keep the unit at list 2m' from metal fence use only a shielded cable and ground the shield to the ground in both sides (RX-TX) use the Digitool.
