High Efficiency 1-2TPH Animal Feed Mill
FDSP is manufacturer of various animal feed production line.
All products have got CE and ISO9001:2000 Certificate
We provide feed pellet plant and 0.5-60t/h large automatic feed production line.
Pellet production line process
(1) crushing process
Crush the clean materials we got in the last section into powder(less than 3mm).
(2)mixing process
A. Mix different materials into complete powder feed.
B. According to the certain operation order between the bin for the mixer,
the mixer and the buffer bin to ensure the continuous operation.
(3) pelletizing process
Pelletize the powder feed to required sizes.
(4) Cooling Process
After the pelletizing process,the temperature of the feed pellet is about 60/80 degrees Celsius with a moisture content of about 15%.
A Cooler must then be used to reduce the moisture content of thepellets to about 3/4%, there by making the pellets easier to store.
(5) Sieving Process
For screening and classifying of mash or pellet feed.
(5). Packing Process
Optional automatic packing :10-50KG/bag, 800-1000kg per bag.

- Yes, our Tech. Manager and engineers will go to customer's factory to guide the installation, commissioning and train the workers.

- We have our own CNC Processing Centre. Famous brand spare parts were been used. You can also be reassured by our two-year warranty and CE&ISO9001 Certificates.
3. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
- Our factory is located in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, China, which near to Nanjing City; and our International Business Centre is in Nanjing City. which near to Shanghai.
