After-sales service.
For the first project, we’ll dispatch our engineer to your job site freely to assist your work team to finish the installation work and the commissioning, then the engineer will make some trainings for your workers so that your workers can master how to solve some faults and how to commission the elevator, etc.
On the other hand, if there is no our engineer in your site later, we’ll always give you any technical supports on the line.

Maintenance and repair.
Normally, the guarantee period is 12 months, but you can extend this period to 24 months, this is only applied to all the parts that are used normally.
Along with the products you ordered, we’ll termly send some spare parts to you freely.
Product advantage.
The gear-less traction machine with Permanent Magnet-type synchronous motor(PM motor) conserves energy by improving power efficiency.
The operation reduces energy consumption of elevators by calculating the traveling routes and occupancy rate of elevators during traffic.
The INT-PI elevator requires a smaller machine room size through the use of slimmer traction machine, control panel and machine room equipment. This allows flexibility in building design through maximizing the usage of building space.
The INT-PI elevator provides a comfortable ride and appeals to different aspects of the human sense, interface, sight and hearing - by the integration of tactile button, LCD display, voice synthesizer and multi-beam door sensor.
