I)Development Services
1. We analyse your original samples for free and submit the counter samples within 2 days.
2. Lab dips or strike offs are made and sent for your approval.
3. SY is produced in time, advise you fabric STD and discuss with you about the testing requirement when in bulk if need.
4. We send to you the newest items for reference every week and give you suggestions.
II)Bulk Services
1. We begin production immediately upon order confrimed and deposit received.
2. S/S is sent out 5 days before shipping date for your approval. (weight, width, style, color, hand feeling... )
3. Your appointed QC comes to our factory for spot check, we offer American 4 point inspection and testing report if required.
4. Documents are sent to you to give you B/L.
III)After-sale Services
1. If you find quality issues in the bulk, pls feel free to inform us. We will double check and take full responsibility (replace or discount) if the defects are on us.
2. If not, we will give your best solutions and inform you how to solve them with our good knowledge backed by 24 years' experiences in this trade.

Q1. How to contact with you?
A1. Trademanager, Email, Skype and Mobile are all available. We prefer you to visit our company the first time so that we could make a negotiation face to face, in order to establish a long-term partnership.
Q2. What about the sample charge?
A2. We could provide you A4 samples and 1-2metre ready-made products for free, but have to request you to bear the express fee.
Q3. Is it within your ability to make customized products and appointed colors?
A3. Of course, we could do it. Please send us your samples and we'll have an analysis and then make lab dips or test samples until your confirmation. Send us samples with appointed colors or tell us the Pantone Num and we'll produce according to your requirement.
Q4 Which sample is regarded as a master standard?
A4. We consider the shipping sample of the first bulk production as the master standard, no matter it’s our product or your customized product. A slight color difference should be tolerated in the next repeated orders.
Q5 What’s your attitude to OEM or ODM?
A6. Both are accepted. We have our own samples and our R&D center constantly develop new patterns, so our ODM products are abundant. To a certain extent, we could also agree to offer OEM service. We could have a deep discussion on it.
Q6 Is it possible for you to support some partners to get the sole agency in some areas?
A7. It is really considerable for us to try such cooperation pattern if the company partner is of great ability and influence in it’s market. We could give the sole agency in some special products and also might consider the complete sole agency for a long term cooperation partner.
