Characteristics:
All the upper press rollers rise pneumatically and are equipped with digital controller for the thickness of panel which can adjust the distance between the upper and the lower rollers and supply enough uniform press, so it is suitable for different thickness of film (PVC or paper) and panel.
Appropriate dust proof cover and static eliminator can remove the dust effectively and improve the quality of the products.
Advanced glue supplying system can make sure of reliable glue spreading. The main part of the system is membrane pump which use compressed air as driving force, so it is very environment-friendly.
Infrared heating and drying system equipped with aluminum cover and intelligent temperature controller can make sure of the constant temperature and certain viscosity for glue to intensify the stickiness and improve the working efficiency and quality of products.
It adopts air shaft to fix film roll and it is quick and solid. The electromagnetic tension system can control the tension quickly and conveniently. It is equipped with film roll moving system which can move the film roll in place and avoid film wrinkling without stopping the machine, so it can improve the working efficiency and quality of products. It is convenient, quick, economic and labor-saving to use the electric hoist to lift the film roll group.
Trim the edge of the finished product during the production. So it is suitable for large scale of manufacturers.

Particular stepless speed regulation makes the working efficiency much higher than that of the similar products.
