Food Deep Frying Equipment and Machine

 Function:

1. The oil temperature is controlled automatically and the oil temperature scope is 0-230 Celsius degree.

2. The water filler valve is at the under part of oil layer, which allows to be added water in anytime and it will not influence the deep frying.

3. There is the temperature measuring equipment for measuring the water temperature. Also the user can set the water temperature, thus when the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the user can take measure of cooling water, so that he can avoid water boiling.

4. There is observation glass tube and oil outlet valve detector at the oil water separation surface, so the water line is very accuracy.

5. The machine is adopted advanced process design of international universal oil-water mixture, which is more oil saving compared with common deep fryer. The fried food by using this deep fryer is very bright in color and fresh. And this machine can solve the problem of food acidification of overweight.

6. The food residue material will be discharged under the filtering function of water, which can achieve the function of filtering oil and no waste of oil.

7. There is independent electric cabinet.
