1.0Description of Planetary Gearbox
Planetary gearboxes have a high overload capacity, are torsionally stiff and ensure low backlash of up to 1 angular minute. Coupled with our servo motors they form a compact and powerful drive unit. The gearboxes are available as 1 and 2-stage versions with a torque of up to 1000 Nm and a ratio of up to i=35.

1)Integrated Planetary Arm Bracket
The planetary arm bracket and the output shaft are one-piece constructed to increase tosional rigidity and accuracy. The entire structure is one-timje machined for controlling accuracy in the specified tolerance
2)One-Piece Gearbox body&Advanced Surface Treatment
The gearbox and internal ring are one –piece constructed ,and tempered for high torque output .High gear accuracy meets DINS6 Class standard.Gearbox surface is anticorrosive treated for upgrading environmental-resistant and corrosion-resistant capability

The planetary and sun gear are manufactured from high quality 20CrMnTi,precision machined and carbunzed to ardness900Hv; precision teeth grinding assures gear accuracy reaches Din5 class.It provideds better wear resistance impatt resistance and longer service life then gears with only surface nitrided.
