Features:

UPVC profile extrusion machine is the manufacture facilities of  plastic profile materials, including window and door series profile, plate, sheet, foamed profile and foamed ornament plate.

Applications:

1. The finished product is mainly made from PVC, PE, PP wooden powder, cotton stalk, rice chaff and other natural fibers.

2. Plastic-wood compounded finished product is a new type of ideal environment friendly material, which is made from PVC resin, polyolefin plastic and cellulose (straw, cotton stalk, wooden power, rice chaff, etc) with special procession and treatment.

3. It has such advantages as rot prevention, non-deformation, non-shading, pest resistant, fire-proof, split proof, etc.

Mould:

UPVC Profile Extrusion Line ---advantages:

1.Needless granulating of materials, mixed with wood powder, the material can be directly used to extrude wood-plastic profiles.

2.Also suitable material: PE, PP+ Wood powder, PVC+ Wood powder.

3.Applicable for producing salver, packaging box board and decorative sheets, etc.

4.PVC Profile Production Line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages.

5.The down stream equipment includesvacuum calibration and cooling unit,hauloff unit, cutting machine and stacker.The calibration unit is equipped with large forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibration effect.

 6.The haul-off unit uses two lines of caterpillar.The lower one is fixed and the upper one can be adjusted according to the plate size.

7.The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting. The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage

Raw material +wood power+ additive → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion mould → cool molding die → vacuum calibration support → traction→ cutter → rack → finished product
