1. With PID temperature control system, max temperature 1600°C, temperature tolerance ±2°C.
2. Strong electromagnetic stirring to ensure metal even with color.
3. Automatic control and induction heating, high intelligent, fully auto or semi auto is for option, Chinese and English for option.
4. With more than 50 memory programs, you can check and change parameter settings at any time, your casting quality will be improved. With various casting modes for option.
5. Whole casting process can be visually seen, air pressing lock system, equipped with safety valve to ensure safety.
6. Both melting and casting are done under vacuum condition, maximally control oxidation.
7. Casting cylinder goes up and down automatically which helps cast items to be taken out easily.
8. Various size casting cylinder is for option.
9. Big casting capacity with 2.4kg 18k gold.
10. With various alarm system, the machine will stop working immediately to protect it if any error occurred.
11. Compact design, small size.
12. Beading machine is for option.
13. Unique casting cylinder separated from vacuum device to reduce bubble to minimum.
