In generally, samples time is 1 days if the material and size we have stock and no logo, 3 days if you need choose your color.
The lead time of mass production will depend on material, size, quantity, etc. 7 days for 100,000yds ribbon.

Yes, each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before shipping.
