Packaging

STEP1:Use bubble tape wrapped product light engine
 
STEP2:  At the bottom of the outer cartons put a layer of clapboard paper, then the fixed frame to be included in the carton.
 

STEP3: Will be individually wrapped products into the carton, and finally sealing.Each box 3 layers, each layer of 12, a total of 36, weighs about 25 kg.

Component cost is further reduced, heat management is vercome and power efficiency is increased. ACSUNFOR powered LED lighting products overcome the cyclical nature of AC power supply by the use of photo-luminescent (Rare earth phosphor) material to compensate for the “off” period of the AC cycle.

 

 

 

This is achieved without the need of any extra electronic components. The phosphor technology combines the configuration of different rare earth materials that are refined so that requisite luminescence output is maintained by the phosphor during the off period of the AC sinusoidal waveform. Benefits gained using the ACSUNFOR powered LED lighting products include, lowering system costs, scalability, thermal and power management, design flexibility and lumen efficiency all without discernible flicker.
