Plastic Masterbatch
A. Brief introduction:
This product can greatly suck the water in the molding process of the plastics, which eliminates the foam of plastic product and other surface defects caused by water to improve product quality and the finished producted product rate, low energy consumption and improve production effciency.

C. Application
It can be applied in film browing, extruding and injecting process of the regeneration materials. Moisture materials and degraded plastics of PE and PP.
D. Usage
Directly evenly blend this masterbatch and moisture plastics for immediate molding process. Gernerally, add1-2%in blowing film or calendering film and add 2-4% in processing sheet, pipe and injecting process. The specific proportion can be decided by the user according to the water content of the raw materials.
E. Precaution
1. Strictly avoid the moisture of this product before use.
2. Blend this product when use it and do not blend too much for one time or store for long time.
3. Check out if the package is in good condition before unpack it and avoid using the masterbatches with broken package. Seal and pack the masterbatches still not being used as soon as possible.
