Product properties
CaCO3 filler masterbat adopts ultrafine grain of calcium carbonate, coating silane coupling agent and other special processing agent in surface. This product has good plastic property, dispersion, stability because of its strict processing. It does not affect the precision of the machine screw, so widely used in Various kinds of plastic products., such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, EVA, HIPS and nylon, etc.

Application:
CaCO3 filler masterbat is widely used in processing of PP/PE etc. such as injection molding, pipes, blow molding, plastic absorbing, woven bag, blown film
Advantages:

3. Reduce the contractile and deformation of the product
4. Good dispersion and intermiscibility with PP/PE,

Package, Transportations and Storage:
1)25kg / bag.
2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.
3) It is better to be used within 9 months for optimum performance. Make sure products which are opened be carefully resealed.
