Slip Additive Agents for Blowing Film
Introduction
Slip masterbatch-PP/PE-S1 is a kind of slip master batch special for packing films, with 6% high purity erucamide. It can change films surface slippage effectively and improve the anti-static performance.
When Slip masterbatch is used,one layer of lubricant film will occur and cover the surface of plastic products. Meanwhile one microcosmic concavo-convex frame will be formed on the plastic product surface. By this way, it is distinct to reduce the adhesive effect of plastic products and lubricant function during machining process for plastic products.

Slip masterbatch USAGE:
Slip masterbatch-PP/PE-S1 can be add in the surface layer or core layer of the PP,PE film, is suitable for the high-speed production line.
Slip masterbatch Package, Transportations and Storage:
1) PP woven bag, 20kg / bag.
2) Transportations according to non-dangerous goods. Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage.
3) It is better to be used within 9 months for optimum performance. Make sure products which are opened be carefully resealed.
