Installation Drawing
1. brush the internal system behind the screen ceiling
2. lift the 38 main keel with hanging pole and explosive bolt.
3. connect the screen carrier with 38 main keel with common hanging parts in right angle, then adjust to level.
4. pat the slice screen ceiling into the gap of the carrier.

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.
We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.2mm, width maximum length 1480mm.
