Technique
Our raw material aluminum alloy is processed with Color Aluminum Roll Coating Production Line and Heat Transfer Machine to make it feature with rich color, light texture, enviromental protection, fire retardancy, stain and moisture resistance.
Our product is not only beautiful but also shapeable, and can be multi-plate. Besides, it has smooth lines and it is easy to clean, maintain, assemble and disassemble it.

Color Aluminum Roll Coating Production Equipment
JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.
We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.20mm, width 1680mm.
