Main Characteristic
1. This machine is controlled by PLC (Mitsubishi).It has man machine operation interface for Chinese and English, which ensure simple operation, convenient adjustment and high automatic.
2. The vibration slabs, rectilinear vibration arrangement system, and precise counting control system are designed according to the screw sample to ensure each packing bag at high quality.
3. The heating temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature controller to ensure the seal more fastness, good leakproofness, fine packing quality and high efficiency.
4. The bag producing system adopts subdivision technique of step motor, which can automatic follow and localize the color code of packing bag, to ensure the operation simply, adjust conveniently, working stably and low noisy.
5. This machine adopts advanced intelligent photoelectricity tracking and automatic compensation function to ensure the printing pattern of both sides of packing bag in good closure, which improves the usage of the packing material.
6. The packing speed can be stepless adjusted in rated area and this machine can be stopped in location.
7. The process of bag making, measurement, filling, sealing, counting, printing are fully-automatic.
8. It adopts vibration-counting measurement to ensure the measuring of even-density material precisely,which is according with the national measuring standard.
