4)   Leather swatches:top grain leather,genuine leather,Chinese leather,Italian leather,split,PU,PVC,ect.They are all could be selected.

     4 layers packing:non-woven fabric,peal cotton,more foam in the corners,lights,shelves,legs protection,the packing is up to the exporting standards.

1.Quanlity Control:

1)   Before the order is confirmed,we would check all the materials and the leather swatches,they should be the same as the mass production.

2)   We will keep trace of every process in the manufacturing from the beginning to the end.

3)   We have a QC team of 5 people.All the bed should be checked strictly by out QC team before packing.

4)   We will take photos for the customers before packing.

5)   Before the delivery,the clients could send the QC here to check the quality and also they can authorize the third party to check the quality here.

6)   After the delivery,we will keep trace of the bed quality and try our best to help the clients when the problems happen.

2.Warranty:

     After the beds leave the factory,the manufacturer should guarantee one year for Chinese leather beds in normal use,two years for Italian leather beds in normal use.

A: T/T ( 30% as deposit,70% before shipment )

2.Q:What About Your MOQ?

A: For our regular product MOQ is 1 set, not regular product MOQ is 5 sets, it’s a good MOQ in those market.

3.Q:How About Your Factory Supply capability?

A: 10*40HQ/month

4.Q:What About Delivery terms?

A: FOB SHENZHEN for full container, EXW for LCL. You can use our shipping agent or your shipping agent. 

We will try to find a good price for the shipping fee.

5.Q:What about the bed size?

A: king size, queen size, double size, single size, all is available, we can custom made the size for you.

6.Q:What about the cover material, is the leather top grain leather?

A: for the cover material , we have fabric, PU and leather, for the leather we use all is top grain leather,

we never use split leather. Normally, fabric bed the full bed will be cover by fabric. PU and leather bed will

be PU and leather on the front headboard, other where is PVC.

7.Q:For bed, what is included in your quotation?

A: For bed quotation we quote include bed frame and slat, not include mattress and bedding. We can 

supply mattress but will quote another.

8.Q:What about the colour?

A: We can send our colour sample for you to choose. Or you can send us your colour, we may match

similar colour for you.

9.Q:How about the design can not found on your webside?

A: We can custom made the design for you ,  the MOQ is only 5 sets.

10.Q:What to do when the small accessory missing?

A: We have a small box to put the small accessory, what’s more we will give more spare parts free to

prevent small parts missing.

11.Q:In our country Climate is humid, and maybe during shipping there maybe humid, 

        what you will do for it?

A: We have put desiccant inside to prevent from wet
